Middledale have more than 20 years’ experience with the sourcing and supply of organic ingredients into food manufacturers (including baby food manufacturers), and have held organic accreditation throughout this time, offering our customers confidence that they are buying the highest quality ingredients, from a reliable, first quality service provider.

Organic options provide a healthier nutritional option, free from chemicals and pesticides, they help support local farmers and provide environment sustainability.

Organically produced milk , cream and yoghurt comes from farms that use the highest welfare standards which means – no antibiotics, pesticides are used on the farm.

Many of our products are available in organic formats, from milks and creams to yoghurts and other cultured products. We also supply bulk organic butter and hard cheese options as well as organic egg powders.

We offer a range of organic products including:-

  • Milk: whole, semi skimmed & skimmed
  • Cream: Double
  • Yogurt: Whole milk and Greek style
  • Butter: Unsalted/salted SC, unsalted lactic
  • Cultured products: Crème fraiche (15% fat)
  • Cheese: Mature, medium mature & mild cheddar
  • Egg products: Whole egg, egg white, egg yolk, salted egg yolk
  • Powder: Skimmed milk powder
  • Coconut: Oil, powder, cream, milk and water
  • Tofu
