Hello! I’m Sarah Summers the MD and majority shareholder of Middledale. I’m passionate

My current favourite Middledale product is Quark- its Fat Free, high in protein (12%), suitable for vegetarians and a very versatile dairy ingredient for both savoury and sweet applications.

I’m Paul Jackson and have been working for Middledale Foods since January ’23 and am now proud to be both Commercial Director and a Shareholder.
I would describe myself as a seasoned professional having worked in the B2B food manufacturing sector for several decades across both dairy, non-dairy and functional ingredients.

My name is Janet Iveson and I am a very passionate dairy professional, having worked in the industry for many years , and with Middledale as BDM since 2017.

My favourite ingredient has to be double cream! It’s such a key ingredient that can add a little luxury in any recipe.
I’m Keiran Purcell and I joined Middledale in February 2020. My career began in the food industry, and after a 17 year break in the corporate world, I’m finally back doing what I love the most!

Due to my key attention to detail I also deal with all stock management and pricing enquiries.
Outside work I like playing tennis, cycling and walking. They help me work off the millionaire slices I make using sweetened condensed milk which is a product Middledale supplies.
I’m Claire Bayliss and I have been working at Middledale since 2017.
My key expertise is in Customer Service and Supply Chain, and I really enjoy working with the Middledale customers ensuring your orders are delivered on time and in full. No problem is too small.
