A range of cheese ingredients has been introduced in liaison with top quality manufacturers to provide our customers with a more complete range of chilled dairy ingredients.

We can now offer Cheddar Cheese, either Mild, Medium or Mature, and/or White or Coloured, plus a wide range of other cheeses, for example, Farmhouse Red Leicester and the other English Territorial cheeses including Stilton Cheese crumb, Italian and Swiss Cheeses.

The products can be supplied in a range of formats, either block, grated, shaved, diced or sliced. Please give us a call for further information.
