Butters and Butteroils derived from only fresh cream are available with defined melting points for specific applications from our principal Friesland Foods Butter in Holland.

For example Croissant Butter and Puff Pastry Butter are hard butters which match or better Winter Butter and are available throughout the year. Similarly softer butters are available to match Summer Butter. These specialist butters can be more cost-effective in use and provide consistent functional properties.

We will be pleased to recommend the optimum and most cost-effective product for your application and if required provide technical support from the test bakery facility at Friesland Foods.
