Fresh Soft Cheese with 28% fat as supplied to a number of UK food manufacturers by our principal Green Pastures of Co. Donegal has won a Bronze award at the prestigious World Cheese Awards 2007 following the recent adjudication at London Olympia. The product was then displayed at IFE 2007.

The product is ideal for cheesecakes and desserts, savoury fillings, sandwiches, etc. American-style full fat soft cheese with 32% fat can also be supplied, together with Mascarpone and Organic soft cheeses.
