A wider range of Italian-style Mascarpone products is now produced by our principal Green Pastures in Co. Donegal Ireland. The range includes the regular Mascarpone for pasta sauces and recipe dishes, Mascarpone DS which is used for Italian-style desserts, such as Tiramisu and Mascarpone RM with reduced melting for pizzas. The products are produced in the traditional way from fresh cream.

Quality management systems and standards at Green Pastures are accredited to BRC. Prompt and reliable chilled delivery to most parts of the UK can be arranged with 3 - 4 days.
