Formed in late 1995 by Nigel Salsbury, previously with Northern Foods
and Eden Vale Food Ingredients, Middledale Foods Limited (MF) was
incorporated on 1st May 1996. Sales on behalf of our principals are currently between £7 and £8 million p.a. and are growing rapidly, (e.g. by 25% p.a. over the last 2 years). Our Commercial Manager, Malcolm Gliddon, provides existing and potential customers with commercial and technical support for the use of the MF range of dairy ingredients. The cumulative commercial and technical experience within Middledale Foods within the dairy industry is some 60 years. |
