Process Summary
Organic Cheddar Cheese of the correct grade of maturity is selected, cut into cubes of the appropriate dimensions, grated and carefully packed into plastic pouches which are gas flushed with a protective atmosphere, heat sealed and packed in a strong outer case.

Quality Management
Up-to-date quality systems and standards based on HACCP and with BRC accreditation are in place. Organic accreditation is with The Soil Association (UK 5).

Delivery
Daily temperature-controlled groupage delivery (Mon/Fri exc. Bank holidays) to most parts of UK.

Storage and Life
These products should be kept refrigerated at 1 - 5°C. Under these conditions the unopened packed product is at its best up to 60 days from day of pack.
