Process Summary
Fresh organic eggs from certified farms are broken and the liquid egg is separated to give the liquid yolk which is pasteurised, cooled, packed, and then promptly blast-frozen.

Quality Management
Organic accreditation is with ECOCERT (FR-AB 01).

Delivery
Daily temperature-controlled groupage delivery (Mon/Fri exc. Bank holidays) to most parts of UK from our UK store.

Storage and Life
This product should be kept deep frozen at less than – 18°C. and during and after defrosting at 0 – 4°C. Under these conditions the unopened packed frozen product is at its best up to 12 months from production.
