Process Summary
Fresh organic eggs from Soil Association-certified farms are collected, graded as required and packed.

Quality Management
Up-to-date quality systems and standards based on HACCP are in place. Organic accreditation is with The Soil Association (UK 5).

Delivery
Daily groupage delivery (Mon/Fri exc. Bank holidays) to most parts of UK.

Storage and Life
This product should be kept at cool ambient temperatures. Under these conditions the product is at its best up to 14 days from date of pack. For processing the eggs are stored and distributed at 12 – 14 °C. and should be processed within 19 days of date of lay.
