Process Summary
Fresh organic milk is separated, standardised to the required fat level, pasteurised and is cooled and packed.
Quality Management
Systems and standards are accredited to Lawcred and BRC Technical Standard at the Higher Level. Organic accreditation is with the Soil Association.
Delivery
Daily temperature-controlled groupage delivery (Mon/Fri exc. Bank holidays) to most parts of UK. Weekly temperature-controlled delivery to most other parts of the EU.
Storage and Life
These products should be kept refrigerated at 2 - 5 °C. Under these conditions the unopened packed product is at its best up to 10 days from day of pack
