Process Summary
Fresh sweet hard cheese whey is ultrafiltered, and if necessary further concentrated and if appropriate defatted. The liquid whey protein concentrate is then carefully pasteurised, evaporated and spray dried to give a free flowing powder which is packed in multi-ply paper sacks.

Quality Management
Up-to-date quality systems and standards based on HACCP are in place.

Delivery
Daily groupage delivery (Mon/Fri exc. Bank holidays) to most parts of UK.

Storage and Life
This product should be kept in cool ambient temperatures (preferably 10-20 °C.). The recommended storage temperature is 25 °C. max. Under these conditions the unopened packed product is at its best up to 12 months from production.
