Process Summary

Fresh milk is separated and stabilisers and sugars are added. The blend is standardised to the required fat level, pasteurised, and is cooled and packed.

Delivery

Daily temperature-controlled groupage delivery (Mon/Fri exc. Bank holidays) to most parts of UK.

Storage and Life

These products should be kept refrigerated at 1 - 5°C. Under these conditions the unopened packed product is at its best up to 12 days from day of pack.
