Process Summary

Fresh milk is standardised to the required fat level, blended with sugar, pasteurised, evaporated and cooled to give a smooth viscous liquid. A range of bulk packs is filled in a dedicated filling room.

Quality Management

Quality management systems and standards and the HACCP system are accredited to ISO 9001.

Delivery

Daily groupage delivery (Mon/Fri exc. Bank holidays) to most parts of UK and Ireland.

Storage and Life

This product should be kept in cool ambient temperatures (preferably 10-20°C.). The recommended storage temperature is 25°C. max. Under these conditions the unopened packed product is at its best up to 9 months from production in Bag in Box (13 kg) and up to 5 months in drums and pallet boxes.
